The Pure Matrix Service Creation Environment (PM SCE) is a software environment that enables service
creators to easily configure and
efficiently create services that utilize the full power of the telephony network components.
It enables faster creation of new voice and data applications that
exploit the carrier network assets, such as location systems, billing, content delivery systems and
Intelligent Networks (IN) through an easy-to-use service creation environment.
Other Features of the PM SCE are:
- Privacy Firewall which provides authentication, security and privacy for the user that execute a service
- Subscription Manager for billing for services created on the platform;
- The Service Execution Engine which can be triggered by multiple methods – incoming voice call,
browser selection, incoming SMS, incoming email, change of data on the Internet, or time of day.
- OSS support for user, service, community, and OSCAR Block management.
- Directory Services Engine is a web interface and database to organize the services, directories, and personal information about a user.
